Julia Leary
Principal
Principal
Julia Leary is founder of Leary Staffing Group. She graduated from
San Francisco State University with a degree in Political Science.
After graduating college she entered into the Financial Services
industry, where she earned her Series 7 license, and worked as a
trader for 4 years at a prominent brokerage firm.
She started her recruiting career in 2000, where she was hired to
launch the Financial Services Division for a nationwide staffing firm.
She quickly built a solid client base by simply providing great
customer service, being genuine, and truly caring about her clients
and candidates.
She has found great passion for recruiting and has continued on to
work for two large corporations, covering multiple states, and
various levels of positions.
She is an Executive Recruiter who is very passionate and loyal to her
clients and candidates. She works with integrity, honesty, and a
mission to create that remarkable experience every time.
